It doesn't include the changes we voted on in March 2009. Those changes are:

1. 2009 by the affirmative vote of 129 of 170 or 76% of the membership: Corner lot fence restrictions shall be removed from Section 12 of the CC&Rs, leaving all other fencing restrictions in place.

2. 2009 by the affirmative vote of 129 of 170 or 76% of the membership: “All park strips must be planted in grass throughout the subdivision.” shall be removed from Section 11 of the CC&Rs, leaving all other landscaping restrictions in place.

3. 2009 by the affirmative vote of 135 of 170 or 79% of the membership:. Section 6: “Obligation for Maintenance of Fence” shall be eliminated from the CC&Rs.
